#Overview
WP Fusion integrates with WP Job Manager to add contacts to your CRM when they register to post a job.
You can also optionally apply a tags to users when they post a job. These tags will also be applied when a user registers via the WP Job Manager registration form.

To configure these tags, in the admin, go to Job Listings » Settings, and select the 「Job Submission」 tab. You』ll see a new field where you can specify what tags should be applied.
#Job Alerts
If you』re using the Job Alerts addon you can also tag people when they sign up for a job alert of a certain type.

To to that, navigate to Job Listings » Job Types and click Edit on any job type. You』ll see a setting like in the screenshot above where you can specify the tags to be applied when an alert is created.

WP Fusion includes an integration with Toolset Types to allow controlling access to custom post types based on a user』s tags in your CRM.
#Setup
When editing any custom post type with Toolset Types, a WP Fusion meta box will appear in the sidebar.

Any access rules specified here will take priority over individual posts of this type.

Share Logins Pro

Share Logins Pro

#Overview
Share Logins Pro by Codexpert allows you to sync WordPress users and profile updates directly between multiple connected sites, so users can use the same login information across all connected sites.
When WP Fusion detects Share Logins Pro is active, it will automatically register two custom meta keys for sync to other connected sites.

This ensures that a user』s cached contact ID and tags are synced automatically.
WP Fusion will also watch for whenever a user』s tags are modified and sync these changes automatically to any other sites you have connected with Share Logins Pro.

Popup Maker

Popup Maker

#Overview
WP Fusion integrates with Popup Maker to allow you to control the targeting of popups based on a logged in user』s tags. It also allows you to sync entries from popup subscription forms to your CRM of choice.
#Popup targeting
To configure, first create a popup and navigate to the Targeting tab.

Add a new condition, select User Tags from the dropdown, and specify one or more tags. The popup will now only be shown to logged in users who have at least one of the tags.
To invert the logic, click the  icon. Now the popup will only be shown to logged in users who don』t have any of the tags.
#Subscription forms
By default WP Fusion will sync all entries from Popup Maker subscription forms to your connected CRM. To disable this uncheck the option for Add Contacts on the Integrations tab in the WP Fusion settings.

#Overview
WP Fusion integrates with If-So Dynamic Content to allow you to use tags or lists from your connected CRM as conditions in triggers.
When editing any If-So condition, select CRM Tags (any) from the Select A Condition dropdown.

You can then select one or more CRM tags in the Select Tag(s) box, and add your content.
The content will then only be displayed to users who are logged in and have at least one of the specified tags.

WP Fusion integrates with If Menu to allow you to use tags or lists from your connected CRM as conditions for menu item visibility.
If Menu WP Fusion settings
When editing any menu item with If Menu, you can select from three WP Fusion conditions:

Required Tags (any): The menu item only be shown if the user is logged in and has at least one of the specified tags
Required Tags (all): The menu item will only be shown if the user is logged in and has all of the specified tags
Required Tags (not):The menu item will be shown if the user is logged in and has none of the specified tags, or if the user is not logged in.

WP Fusion integrates with FacetWP to allow you to filter the results returned in templates using WP Fusion』s access rules. This lets you create personalized FacetWP results templates based on a user』s CRM tags.

To enable, head to the FacetWP settings and click on the WP Fusion tab, then switch on the toggle for Exclude restricted items.

WP Fusion integrates with WP E-Signature to allow you to apply tags in your CRM of choice when a document is signed.
#Setup
When editing any document, scroll down to the WP Fusion meta box. Here you can specify one or more CRM tags.

When the document is signed these tags will be applied to the registered user who signed the document.

Download Monitor

Download Monitor

#Overview
WP Fusion integrates with Download Monitor to allow you to protect downloadable files using tags in your connected CRM.
#Download setup
When editing any Download in the admin, you』ll see the WP Fusion access control meta box in the sidebar.

By checking Users must be logged in to download this file, you can select tags in your CRM that are required to download the file.
If the user is not logged in or does not have the correct tags, they will be redirected to the page you select in the Redirect if access is denied dropdown.
If you do not select a redirect, they will be shown the default restricted content message.
#Listing member downloads
Download Monitor includes a [downloads] shortcode which lets you display an HTML list of downloads.
WP Fusion has the ability to personalize the list of downloads based on the current user』s tags in your CRM.
To enable this, head to Settings » WP Fusion » Integrations » Download Monitor and check the box for Filter Members Only.

Then, when using the shortcode, like
[downloads category="Category" members_only]
Any downloads that the user can』t access (based on their tags in your CRM and the settings configured on each download) will be hidden.
This can be used to create personalized lists of downloads unique to each user.
